The prayer service, presentation and discussion will be lead by student Rabbi Jasha (pronounced YAH-shah) Levenson who is currently serving as the prayer service and spiritual leader at Waldorf, Maryland’s reform synagogue, Sha’are Shalom (Gates of Peace). Through birth and marriage, Jasha is part of an interfaith family that contains Christians, Muslims, and Jews. Jasha has prayed in churches, mosques and synagogues around the world and helps people of different religious backgrounds to bridge the gap of misunderstanding that has caused division among people of different faiths throughout the ages and across the world.
