The Study of Torah is at the center of our lives. Judaism is a tradition of life-long learning. The study of ancient texts and modern interpretations enriches our lives and provides a framework for Jewish living.
The CSS Torah Study group meets most Saturday mornings at 8:30 A.M. Everyone is welcome regardless of knowledge or participation level. You don’t have to be Jewish to study Torah and knowledge of Hebrew is not required. There are no right or wrong answers, just open, friendly discussion. Coffee, tea and snacks are provided.
We are currently studying the Jewish Publication Society TANAKH per the following schedule.
- March 05 – 2 Kings 1-4
- March 12 – No session (26 lines of Torah)
- March 19 – 2 Kings 5-8
- March 26 – 2 Kings 9-12
