President’s Message

This is my last “Letter from the President.” I would like to thank all of you for your support and patience with me over these last two years. I would like to especially thank those that have given their time and talents serving with me on the Board.

I have been fortunate to serve as President in what has truly been a blessed period for our Congregation. I took office shortly after groundbreaking. I accepted the keys to the finished building on behalf of the Congregation. I was honored to express the Congregation’s congratulations and well wishes at two 50th wedding anniversary celebrations and three Bat Mitzvahs – one of which was my own child’s. What could be more special than this?

I wish our incoming President, Jackie, as least as much mazal tov!

I leave the position of president for different jobs within our leadership structure. I will continue to serve on the Board as Immediate Past President, where I see my principal duties as providing counsel when sought by the new president and providing institutional memory to the Board. I am also servings as Movie Night Chair.

See you at the movies!
