Almost a dozen Sha’are Shalom members gathered on Aug. 24 to learn and share tips on how to lead one of our twice-monthly Friday evening Shabbat services, now that Randy Schoch has retired from being our para-rabbinic leader.[email protected].
Pat Myers led the workshop with input from Jasha Levenson and Randy, and by the end of the evening, almost all the participants — including Suzanne Darby, Jackie Schoch, Lee Weinberger, Dave Plich, Stu and Abby Richman, Elaine McVinney and David Kanter — had signed up for one or more turns during the year.
