Ingredients:
- 1lb noodles – slightly undercooked
- 1 stick margarine (a recipe from a different day/age. I use 3/4 of stick)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 tea vanilla
- Capful of lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk (to make parve use non-dairy creamer)
Drain noodles. Turn off heat, but leave pot on stove. Put margarine in bottom, then put drained noodles back in. Stir. Add remaining ingredients in order, stirring after each so it cools down. Beat eggs and milk (or non- dairy creamer) together and add last so that mixture has had a chance to cool some first. Pour in 9×13 glass pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour, until nicely brown.
OPTIONAL: Add sliced apples & raisins before you add the milk/egg mixture, then add 1 extra egg to egg/milk mixture.
