We had our first meeting! Lee, Alvin, Paul and Mike Blake met with me and discussed what this new group could do.
The list of possible activities for includes a ballgame (Blue Crabs, Nats, etc); poker night; some sort of classes, i.e. handyman, car repair, etc.; bagels & lox breakfast at the shul (if we can work out a schedule with the Sunday School to use the GP room). We might eventually want to invite other participants for some of our activities such as the men’s group from the church across from the shul, or even Sha’are Tikvah. Also any activities we put together, would be open to anyone in the congregation and we would send out a Town Crier with the information.
